Action Games - Approval process

I am making a shooter game, this game could be approved in the papayamobile approval process or it would be considered a violent game?
Requirements for Approval:
a. If the game submitted is able to run correctly with the social features including but not limited to leaderboards, achievements, challenges, etc.
b. The game does not contain violence or sex
c. The game does not violate any copyright issues
d. The latest Papaya logo has been added to your game icon and the game icon, with the latest of Papaya logo, has been submitted to the developer site and Android Market
e. The game includes the Papaya SNS banner on your game homepage


so, nobody could make an action game, right?

and what about a plugin for the unity ios? I see a plugin just for unity android...
