inviting friends not working fully

HELP! Im trying to open my last plot next to my sunshine plot, and in order to do so i need to invite 12 friends successfully, well i have invited 10 friends successfully and more but it wont open my plot, it doesnt count anymore than ten and its really confusing! what do i do???    add me & help also please id: fergiiie123@gmail.com

You might misunderstood us, you could invite your friends after your friends have registered on papaya.
