Hi, I'm indie game developer and I came across your SDKs. Its seems pretty straight forward. I've read your developer's EULA, and I can't understand what's the rev. share that Papaya has with the developers. Its says - PapayaMobile shall pay toLicensee a revenue share, as determined by PapayaMobile in its sole and absolute discretion.
Can someone address this and explain, what does it mean?

Our SDKs and engines are all free to use. When your games generate revenue throught our billing channels, you will gain most part of the revenue, for example, 80%.  When you submite your games, we will have some work with you to make sure you receive the revenues.

well i think the problem here (correct me kobip if im wrong) is that you keep saying *for example* 80% ... does that mean you can rise and lower it on whim?

It is not we who ri ses or lowers. Developers will sign a contrace with us, and the number will be fixed on the contract.

So, we will discuss with developers to make a number together. In almost all cases, the number is 80%.  There are some cases, like a US developer wants us to promote in China, or he wants us to help translate the game to Spanish, and so on. We may charge a little more.

What do you mean?  Right, I don't speak.

Translation can be done in any way. After developer submit their texts, we will find people to translate.
