SDK installation problem ?

hello..
I have a dual-booted pc (windows 7 x64, Arch Linux x86_64) and i tried both installation. but both give me errors i can't fix

The windows version kept telling me to download & Install JDK . i've tried to install JDK 7 and execute the installation. but the same error prompt. The same happened when i install JDK 6 from this url (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-6u32-downloads-1594644.html)

so, are this error(s) are solvable or.. ?

1.download android SDK.
