yes. install.bat installs 2.2. It puts a folder android-sdk-windows in the package. You will see android-8 folder in android-sdk-windows\platforms. You need to move android-8 some where else and put Android2.3 folder here. I think Android2.3's folder is called android-10, you may download it from Google's website
